TRS leaders Srinivas Goud and former MP Manda Jagannatham today lashed out at BJP for its double standards on Telangana development.
Talking to press persons at TRS Legislature Party office here they accused the BJP Chief G Kishen Reddy of talking nonsense on Palamur projects and farmers issues. The TRS leaders alleged that the BJP, the Congress and the TDP leaders are resorting to attack on the government for political mileage. If the BJP from Telangana has any affection on the state should exert pressure on the Centre to bring more funds for the development, they suggested. Though aware of the TRS Government has allotted Rs 17000 crore for crop loan waiver and released Rs 7000 crore to banks for the purpose, these parties are crying foul, they alleged. These leaders are confused at their party’s leaders switching over to the TRS, they ridiculed. They also faulted former minister DK Aruna for her dictatorial attitude against Dalits in her Palamur district. (NSS)
