Bill presented to impose ban on producing more than two children

Anil Desai, MP presented a bill in Rajya Sabha on 7^th February for amending Article 47 to include a ban on producing more than two children.

The bill is intended to persuade people to have small families.

It also suggested that only small families will be eligible to avail of Govt. facilities in jobs, education etc.
