Mumbai: Shiv Sena on Sunday announced to contest Bihar assembly elections as party leader Sanjay Raut said that they will not make any alliance with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
“We will show our power in Bihar as our union is there and working from years. There is no point of contesting with the BJP as they have many other big parties in NDA. We are very sure that the public of Bihar will give us the opportunity to serve them,’ Raut told the media here.
Meanwhile, BJP and Shiv Sena are pitted against each other on the meat sale ban in Mumbai. (ANI)
