Patna, February 25: Bihar Assembly today adopted a unanimous resolution congratulating Sachin Tendulkar for creating a world record by scoring a double century against South Africa in the second ODI at Gwalior.
Speaker Udai Narayan Choudhry said the congratulatory message would be faxed to Tendulkar and the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).
