Hyderabad: TRS MP Dr B Narsaiah Goud today said that with Centre giving approval for AIIMS Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao’s dream turns true. He said the State government’s efforts for AIIMS fructified as the Centre Cabinet gave its nod to set up AIIMS at Bibinagar in Yadadri Bhuavangiri district in Telangana.
Talking to press persons in Delhi, the MP attributed the approval of AIIMS to the efforts of Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao. With this, the aim of the government will be fulfilled to provide the best and corporate level health services to the people he said. The TRS MPs made persistent efforts at Parliament and almost waged a battle in this regard he said. He however, alleged that the congress leaders came in the way of development of the state and incurred loss. KCR directed us for achieving our rights at the Centre also on people issues. The Centre has approved AIIMS for Bibinagar in Telangana and Madhurai in Tamil Nadu States.
The Bibinagar AIIMS, on completion in about 45 months by spending about Rs 1,028 crore will provide superspecialty health services as it will have medical college with 750 beds, 100 MBBS seats, 60 nursing seats and 15-20 special departments.
