The government has appointed Mr. K Bhopal Reddy IFS retd. as the Special Secretary to Chief Minister. Chief Secretary Dr. Rajiv Sharma issued orders in this connection.
GO stated that the rules and regulations regarding appointment of the officer will be later issued separately.
