TPCC working president Bhatti Vikramarka has predicted positive results for Congress in the Gujaratelections with Rahul Gandhi becoming AICC president.
Speaking to mediapersons at his residence here on Thursday, Bhatti said his party would win 31 SC, ST constituencies in 2019 elections. The Congress would be on winning spree after Rahul Gandhi assumed office as AICC chief. He said exit polls were in favour of Congress in Gujarat State. (NSS)
