TPCC working president Bhatti Vikramarka lashed out at Ministers Harish Rao and K.T. Rama Rao for criticizing AICC general secretary Digvijay Singh.
Digvijay Singh had alleged that TRS government had diluted the schemes of the Congress government and at the same time did not release funds for the schemes the TRS government has launched.
Bhatti alleged that most of the poll promises of the TRS were still on paper. He wondered as to why there was no allocation of funds for the double bed-room housing scheme, which required Rs 46,000 crore. Speaking to reporters here on Sunday, Bhatti said that the poor dalits were awaiting the government to hand them over 3 acres of land as was promised by the TRS during the polls. About 21 lakh acres of land is required for distributing the same to landless Dalits, but the government has not acquired the land so far, the Congress leader said.
Bhatti also alleged that TRS government was redesigning projects and this was burdening the state’s exchequer. He also alleged that the TRS was making every effort to woo the opposition MLAs into the TRS fold. (INN)
