Hyderabad, July 25: Bhanu Kiran, the prime accused in the Maddelacheruvu Suri murder case is on the top of the list of ‘most wanted’ on the website of Crime Investigation Department. Bhanu Kiran was absconding following Suri’s murder at Banjara Hills on January 3, 2011.
Central Crime Station (CCS) investigated the case and arrested 5 persons involved in the murder and submitted charge sheet against them. But the prime accused of the case Bhanu Kiran is still absconding. The state government handed over the Suri murder case to CID and the investigating agency, intensifying the search, had so far arrested one of his friends, film producer Singhamala Ramesh. During its investigations CID has unearthed several benami properties of Bhanu Kiran but failed to arrest him so far. CID has enlisted Bhanu Kiran’s name on top of the list of the most wanted and has announced cash price for the one who informs regarding his whereabouts.
