Hyderabad, September 27: Sultan Bazar police arrested two bookies for accepting bets on ongoing Champions League cricket matches. Deputy Commissioner Police east zone Mr. Y Gangadhar told that 45 year old Vijay Kumar Agarwal who is wanted by the police, was accepting bets on ongoing Champions League cricket matches on mobile phones along with his two aides B Ram Chandar and A Ramesh.
DCP further told that on September 25, Vijay Agarwal was accepting bets on mobile phone from a house at Moti Singh Gali Sultan Bazar on Warriors v/s Redback twenty 20 cricket match held at Rajiv Gandhi Uppal stadium.
