Hyderabad: Metropolitan Sessions Court of Nampally will pronounce the judgment of Begumpet Task Force Office bomb blast case on 10th August. The hearing of the case has reached the last stage after 12 years. It may be mentioned that on 12th October 2005 a bomb was a blast at Task Force Office, Begumpet in which a Home guard and a bomber of Bangladesh were killed. SIT of CCS had made an inquiry of this case. It had claimed that Harkatul Jihad Islami of Bangladesh was involved in the bomb blast. It had arrested 10 accused including Mohammed Abdul Zahid, Abdul Kaleem, Shakeel, Syed Haji, Ajmal Ali Khan, Azmat Ali, Mahmood Baroodwala, Shaik Abdul Khaja, Nafees Biswas and Bangladeshi citizen, Bilaluddin and had filed chargesheets against them.
SIT claimed that two important accused of this case, namely Mohammed Abdul Shahid alias Bilal and Gulam Yazdani were killed in encounters held in Pakistan and New Delhi. It was alleged that they had hatched this conspiracy.
