Hyderabad, August 07: The state government hiked B.Ed fee by Rs 1,100 by an order today from this academic year. The tuition fee of B.Ed has been raised from Rs 12,400 to Rs 13,500 per annum for all A and B category seats in all private unaided colleges (minority and non-minority) in the state for the next three academic years.
The special fee has been fixed at Rs 3,000 per annum.
The break up is as follows – laboratory and library fees Rs 500 each, games fee Rs 200, cultural association fee Rs 100, students aid fund Rs 100, college magazine fee Rs 100, students union fee Rs 100, audio visual aids Rs 300, reading room fee Rs 100, examination & stationery fee Rs 200, admissions fee Rs 100, university tournament fee Rs 100, medical examination fee Rs 100 and computers & computer stationary fee Rs 500. The tuition fee has been fixed for the academic years 2010-11, 2011-12 and 2012-13 subject to a provision for neutralization of inflationary impact to the required extent at the beginning of the academic years 2011-12 and 2012-13.
