Be careful about sycophants: Shankar Rao advises Jagan

Hyderabad July 01: One of the senior most Congress MLAs, Shankar Rao, on Wednesday advised Kadapa Member of Parliament YS Jaganmohan Reddy to heed the instructions given by AICC president Sonia Gandhi in letter and spirit.
