Srinivasan (represented TNCA) and Niranjan Shah (Saurashtra CA) amongst others. Such disqualified persons have a vested interest in stalling implementation of judgement because if the judgement is implemented, such disqualified person will have to relinquish control over their respective state associations.” it added.
