Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on Monday assured the Assembly that his government would introduce BC Sub-plan before next budget session.
Replying to BJP State president Dr K Laxman’s query whether the State government would introduce BC Sub-Plan, KCR said in the affirmative saying that the BC Sub-plan would be introduced in next budget session. He said already the budget introduced this and there was no chance to bring the BC Sub-plan this year. He firmly said the State government would introduce BC Sub-plan before next budget at any cost. The Chief Minister said the government would convene a meeting with the BC MLAs soon in this regard.
Replying to the clarifications asked by MIM floor leader Akbaruddin Owaisi, the Chief Minister said the State government will look into the problem of Islamic Center Compound Wall issue. The government would look after the drugs issue while speaking to the City Police Commissioner. He also assured the MIM floor leader that the government will complete the Charminar Pedestrian project as soon as possible. (NSS)
