UK: A well known BBC’s political journalist Editor Laura Kuenssberg on Wednesday has reportedly deleted her tweeter post which displayed a senior conservative MP openly speaking about UK’s alleged corrupt relationships with Israel.
A prominent BBC journalist has deleted a tweet in which a senior Conservative MP can be seen complaining about the British media turning a blind eye to the corrupt relationship that has allowed Israel to “buy access” in Westminster.
According to the sources, Priti Patel, Secretary of State for International Development had discretely held undisclosed 12 meetings in Israel last summer which were organized by the powerful Conservative Friends of Israel lobby (CFI) and claimed to have been on family holiday.
The journalists Twitter posts had tweets from various tweeter handlers commenting on Patel’s apology which also included comments about Number 10 denying the allegations made by the Jewish Chronicle that UK PM Theresa May had been well aware of these 12 undisclosed meetings Priti Patel had during her holiday in Israel.
A source has successfully grabbed screenshot of her tweet before Kuenssberg deleted which read as, “Strong words,” tweeted Kuenssberg, “Senior Tory says Lord Polak should be chucked out of the party, claiming ‘the entire apparatus has turned a blind eye to a corrupt relationship that allows a country to buy access’.”
The source has tried contacting Ms Kuenssberg to know the reason to why she has deleted her tweet but could not reach her.
Ms Kuenssberg decision to delete her tweet after posting it is seems as a strong proof that the “entire apparatus”, which could possibly mean the entire British establishment including the media, is reluctant to shed some light on the “corrupt relationship” between the UK and Israel, which according to the critics is speculated as a reason to why BBC and other media corporations have turned a blind eye, and allowed Israel to “buy access” in Westminster, through the CFI and organisations like the Labour Friends of Israel.
It appears that the allegations against BBC of supporting and having relationships with Israel are not just rumors in the air.
