Hyderabad, October 19: Saif bin Husain Yafai and Afeef bin Younus Yafai, nephews of Mohammad bin Omer Yafai better known as Mohammad Pehelwan and another Mohammad Amer have been released on bail nearly 5 months after they were arrested in Barkas attack case on April 30.
The high court had sanctioned their bail one week ago however due to delay in documental proceedings the release could not take place. The required procedure could not be performed also due to ongoing strike in Telangana region.
With the release of 3 accused in this case judgment on the bail plea of 2 more accused Mohammad Valehan and Abdullah bin Younus Yafai remains to be pronounced. Mohammad Pahelwan’s advocates Mr. Padmanabha Reddy and Mr. Muzaffarullah Khan Shifayat through effective defence, made sure the bail of the accused.
