Bareilly DM objects trend of raising anti-Pak slogans by entering into Muslim localities

Bareilly: After communal violence broke out in Kasganj, Bareilly District Magistrate, Mr. Raghvendra Vikram Singh questioned the trend of raising anti-Pak slogans by entering into Muslim localities. He also wrote two posts on Facebook

According to the report published in TOI, he wrote, “It has become a strange tradition to take out processions, enter into Muslim localities and raise anti-Pakistani slogan”. He questioned that are the residents of these localities are Pakistanis?

In another post on Facebook, Mr. Singh asked despite China being our bigger enemy, why anti-China slogans were never raised.

Earlier, Mr. Singh told media persons that he was hurt with what is happening in the name of nationalism.

Talking about fringe elements, Mr. Singh said that such groups are emerging in every part of the State to incite persons belonging to minority community. He further said that these elements are destroying the fabric of the nation.
