New Delhi, January 01: Bangladesh may be languishing at the bottom of ICC Test Championships table but they had the highest winning percentage in the longest format of the game in 2009 having won two of the three matches they had played.
Bangladesh had a winning percentage of 66.66, followed by Australia (53.84 per cent) and India (50 per cent).
The two wins for Bangladesh came against West Indies in their tour of the Caribbean in July last year. They lost a Test against Sri Lanka in January, 2009.
Australia played 13 Tests, won seven, lost three and drew three while India had three wins from six tests, suffered no loss and drew the other three.
