Bangladesh PM calls country an example of religious harmony

Dhaka: Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has said that the country is an example of religious harmony, as people have the right to perform their religious rituals freely and nobody can hurt the religious sentiments of others.

According to The Daily Star, Hasina’s statement came when she met Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif at her office.

The recent Iran nuclear deal was discussed between the two leaders.

Zarif said that economic cooperation between Dhaka and Tehran will get a boost once the problems are removed. (ANI)
