Union Minister of State for Labour and Employment Bandaru Dattatreya said on Sunday that Employees State Employees’ Insurance Corporation (ESIC) at Erragadda in Hyderabad will not be shifting. Moreover the much-awaited medical college is going to start from the academic year 2016-17.
He said the retired employees can be able to access super-specialty medicare like dialysis which is inaugurated by Deputy Chief Minister Mohd. Mehmood Ali.
He also said that the functioning of the college would take some time to be finalised, as the entire college project is figure out to be about Rs. 650 crore.
Mr. Dattatreya and Mr. Mehmood Ali visited the new Out-Patient department block in the new wing of the expanded ESIC hospital, and appreciated the services. New facilities included Home Minister Naini Narsimha ReddyMLCs N. Ramchander and Sabavat Ramulu Naik and a host of BJP functionaries including former MLAs and MLCs.
