Banda (UP), March 28: A local court today rejected bail plea of one of the accused of the dalit girl rape case involving BSP MLA Purshottam Naresh Dwivedi.
Additional and Sessions Judge P N Mishra rejected the bail plea of Rajedra Shukla.
The 17-year-old girl was allegedly gangraped by BSP MLA Dwivedi, Shukla, Suresh Neta and Ravan Garg on January.
All the accused are currently in jail.
