City Police Commissioner Anurag Sharma on Thursday issued a notification prohibiting every kind of assembly or public meeting or procession that has potential to cause disturbance to the public peace and safety within a radius of two kilometres of the A.P. Legislative Assembly/Council building with a view to maintaining public order and tranquility.
The ban order will be in force from 6 am on January 17 to 6 am on January 22. (NSS)
