Ballet Dance “Dastan-e-Golconda” directed by Shafi Master of Fine Arts Academy, Hyderabad was staged at Ravindra Bharati Theater on 25th August. Achievements of Qutub Shahi rulers were depicted. The love story of Quli Qutub Shah and Bhagmati was marvelously portrayed.
Siasat editor Mr. Zahed Ali Khan presided over the programme while deputy chief minister Muhammad Mahmood Ali, chief guest, presented certificates to the artists. He also presented an award to director Shafi master on excellent presentation of Dastan-e-Golconda, Hyderabad.
The programme was sponsored by cultural department of Urdu Academy, Andhra Bank and State Bank of Hyderabad. Aslam Farshouri vice president Fine Arts Academy moderated the event.
