I am known to the people as a Revolutionary Balladeer and I have been consistently working for upholding the interests and rights of the poor people who are oppressed and suppressed continuously by various Regimes of various political parties in our country. While I am fighting for the people in my own personal level, no Government has ever done any justice to suppressed classes. I take this privilege to bring to your Excellency that me and my family members have always lived under threats and fear of executing by the various Government sponsored vigilante groups, like green tigers, blue tigers, cobras etc. in spite of many representation to successive governments of various political parties in the regard, no government has succeeded in prosecuting the real accused responsible for making such threats and attempts on my life and every successive Government only made promises of a through investigations and thereafter the concerned officers and the concerned Governments keep changing and these investigations are buried alive by way of filing of final reports before the concerned courts as Undetected case. I also take this privilege to inform you that I am still facing threats by the vigilante groups like Green tigers, Cobras etc which are sponsored by the successive ruling parties and only on my representations now I am forced to live under the security cover provided by the government.
I am taking this privilege to make this Representation before your Excellency only with a hope that at last justice would be done in my case. Since the imposition of President’s rule, your role will be vital in administrating the state and in rendering the required Justice and immediate legal action in my case from you Excellency by presenting the following few lines for your sympathetic consideration and justifiable disposal of my case.
Your Excellency aware that I have been living under threats of execution for the past 45years by the various successive governments for questioning the government’s inaction in stopping the oppression and suppression of people by the ruling class and in pursuance thereof I have been shot by some persons on 6/4/1997 at my Residence at Bhoodevinagar, Alwal, claiming themselves as Green Tigers sponsored by the then ruling Telugu Desam Party Government headed by Sri. Chandra Babu Naidu as Chief Minister, Late Sri A. Madhav Reddy a Home Minister and Sr. H. J. Dora as the Director General of Police, Government of Andhra Pradesh. This incident created a new record of violence practiced by the State of AP. In the history of mankind in the execution of political dissents by the ruling parties throughout the world and I survived this attack on my life with a bullet still embedded in my spinal cord but however no proper investigations was allowed to be carried on by these three institutions during their regime and unfortunately but as usual this case was ultimately buried alive on 30/7/2001 by way of filing of a Final Report by the Investigating Officer, CID, RR District before the VI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad in Crime No. 155/1997 of PS Alwal on grounds “There is a scant hope that the case not likely to be detected in the near future, and as such I am submitted a Final action of the State through the Inspector of Police, CID RR District, my wife Smt. Vimala (Defacto-complainant) filed a protect petition which was allowed by the concerned Court directing the SHO, PS Alwal, for re-investigation vide its order dated 14/2/2005. On the report of SHO, PS Alwal, that the case has been transferred to CID, RR District, the concerned Court vide its order dated 18/4/2006 further directed the Inspector of Police, CID, RR District to file report of investigation which is not done so far.
It is pertinent to note that 17 years have elapsed but still no investigations has been done till this day by the State Police and it is in these circumstances, I beg your Excellency to Order a thorough investigation by the Central Bureau of Investigation. To do justice to me and I am sure this will be resolved with your intervention as this was not possible with any government headed by various Political Parties.
Awaiting your Excellency’s intervention in this regard to resolve the issue as this is pending for nearly 17 years.
