Demanding judicial probe into the murder attack made on revolutionary Balladeer Gadar 18 year ago, Mr. Zaheeruddin Ali Khan claimed that ruling class’ attitude towards social activities is the same be it belong to any political party. He was addressing a protest meeting held against attempt on life of Gadar made 18 year ago, in collaboration with pro-Telangana Cultural organisations, social activists and intellectuals here at Sundarya Vigyan Kendaram, Bagh Lingampally.
Social activist P Yadgiri monitored the meeting while CPIM state Secretary Veera Bhadram, Mrs. Vimala Akka, Mr. M Veda Kumar, M D Ghouse, O Samba Siva Rao, Kumar Swami, Sanaullah Khan, Sajid Khan, Aslam Abdur Rahman, Kotta Srinivas, Tirupati Yadaiah, Malla Reddy, Jain Mallaiah Gupta, Vimla Mallaiah and others were present on the occasion.
Speaking further Mr. Zaheeruddin Ali Khan wondered that 18 years had elapsed and still the accused responsible for attempt on Gadar’s life had not been prosecuted thus denying justice to Gadar till this date. He made vehement demand to bring perpetrators into account. He felt that it was high time that of SC, ST, BC and minority communities come on common platform.
