A 22-year-old man was drowned while swimming in a private pool in Pahadishareef police limits.
The victim, Shaik Sajid, a bakery worker of Yakutpura, had gone to a swimming pool along with his friends on Friday evening. However, he drowned although a few people tried to rescue him and pulled him out of the pool. He was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital where he was declared brought dead. (INN)
