Bajireddy asks Kiran to choose good Muhurtham for by-polls

YSR Congress Party leader Bajireddy Govardhan has advised Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy to choose a “good Muhurtham” before going to ensuing by-elections.

Apparently, Govardhan taunted Kiran Kumar Reddy for stating that the “Muhurtham” was not auspicious when he was sworn in as Chief Minister.

Speaking to the media at YSRC party central office here on Monday, Bajireddy said that the Chief Minister should know the reasons for the present hopeless condition of the Congress party. He alleged that conspiracies against late YSR resulted in the present condition of the ruling party.

Stating that late Dr YSR had toiled and brought back Congress government in the State, he said that the people were laughing at those leaders, who were introducing a couple of schemes by throwing YSR’s schemes in the dustbin. He said that one can understand the Congress position, which was losing deposits in every bye-election in the State though it was in power.

The people of the State were eagerly waiting to throw out the present government, he said.
Stating that no body had asked about YSR’s caste when he formed the Congress government in the State, Bajireddy said that the same leaders were now asking his son and YSRCP Chief Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy’s caste. Asking the Congress leaders to reveal the caste of Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi, he said that then only one can ask Jagan’s caste. He warned the Congress leaders saying that the YSRCP will not keep quiet if anyone asked Jagan’s caste in future. (NSS)
