Bajaj Finserv June Qtr net up at Rs 42 cr

Mumbai, July 15: Financial services firm Bajaj Finserv today reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 42.14 crore for the quarter ended June 30, whereas it had a net loss of Rs 36.24 crore in the corresponding period a year ago. The consolidated income from operations rose to Rs 106.21 crore during June quarter for the current fiscal from Rs 67.08 crore in the same period a year earlier, Bajaj Finserv said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

Shares of Bajaj Finserv settled at Rs 352.10, up 5.14 per cent from its last close on the BSE. **** Kavveri Telecom gets shareholders nod for Rs 30cr rights issue * Kavveri Telecom Products today said it has received approval from its shareholders for issuing shares worth Rs 30 crore on rights basis. In a filing to the BSE, Kavveri Telecom said “the members of the company have approved the issue of equity shares on rights basis with an issue size of not more than Rs 30 crore.

” Shares of Kavveri Telecom rose 4.59 per cent from its previous close to hit its upper trading limit of Rs 41.05 on the BSE.
