Bail petition in Harin Pandiya case accused rejected

(Siasat News) Magistrate of Nampally Criminal court rejected the bail petition of the key accused Mohammed Asghar Ali. Mr. Asghar was arrested after a bomb blast case in a hotel in Moghalpura in 1999 when he was exonerated and released by Gujarat High Court in Harin Pandiya Murdu case. After his release from Sabarmathi Jail in Ahmedabad, he was brought to Hyderabad after arresting him by Hyderabad City police which implicated him in Tiffin bomb blast case which occurred in Hyderabad. He was sent to jail. Mr. Mohammed Azeemuddin, Advocate had filed his bail petition. The magistrate rejected his bail petition after hearing the arguments of the Govt. pleader. It may be recalled that Asghar Ali is allegedly involved in assisting the escape of Mr. Mirza Faiyaz Baig from Nampally Cirminal court who was involved in the alleged murder of BJP councilor Nand Raj Goud in 1996.
