Hyderabad, August 28: TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu seems to be keeping in touch with the film world.
After roping in kinsmen Balakrishna and NTR Jr for the election campaign earlier this year, Naidu is now closely watching the fortunes of his brother, Rammurthy Naidu’s son, Rohith, who aspires to be a star and whose debut film, “Banam’’, is slated for release on September 16. Producer of the film Aswini Dutt is also close to Naidu.
Rohith’s filmi foray has been the subject of SMSes in TDP circles.
Meanwhile, Balakrishna is hosting dinners for TDP MLAs in phases.
Fifteen days back, Krishna and Guntur district MLAs were invited.
According to party sources, it will soon be the turn of legislators from other districts. A party MLA said these were by way of saying thanks for the effort put in during the campaign and there were no political motives involved.
