Telugu Desam Party (TDP) president and Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu today announced party’s districts committee elections scheduled in both states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
As per the election scheduled seven districts in Andhra Pradesh and five districts in Telangana goes for election on May 16, while elections for party’s district committees in six districts in A P and five in Telangana would be held on May 18.
The districts which goes on polls were– Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, west Godavari, Krishna, Prakasam, Kurnool and Chittoor (AP) and Karimnagar, Khammam, Nalgonda, Nizamabad, Mahabubnagar and the districts where elections would be held on May 18 were–Visakhapatnam, East Godavari, Guntur, Nellore, Kadapa and Anantapur of AP and Medak, Warangal, Adilabad, Hyderabad and Rangareddy.(NSS)
