Hyderabad: Mr. Mohammed Majeedullah Khan Farhat, President of MBT expressed his determination that MBT would continue the protest against the demolition of Babri Masjid till it is reconstructed. No power can stop MBT from this struggle. He appealed to the Muslims of Hyderabad to shut their shops and celebrate Babri Masjid Demolition Day in a peaceful manner. He told this while addressing a protest meeting held at Urdu Ghar Moghalpura yesterday.
He told that on 6th December, 1992, the then PM of India, Mr. Narasimha Rao tarnished the image of secularism by allowing the communal elements to demolish Babri Masjid in an organized way. 18 years after this incident, Allahabad High Court pronounced a judgment in 2010 which shattered the secular constitution of India into pieces. He recalled that his father, late Mohammed Amanullah Khan protested against the Muslim leadership on keeping quiet on this event. For this reason, MIM expelled him from the party. Despite this, he determined to continue his struggle till the last breath of his life.
