Babri Masjid case should be disposed off soon, 10 days hearing

New Delhi, August 15: C.B.I”s special court which is dealing with Babri Masjid case has instructed to make sure that the case is heard atleast ten days in a month. Special judge of Rai Baraih, Justice Vishnu Prasad Agarwal said that the hearing will take place at least for ten days in a month. The court passed these orders on the petition submitted by C.B.I. The twelf witness of the case Mr. Sharad Pradhan, who is the reporter of “Sunday” weekly magzine appeared before the court on 12th August. During the interrogation, he told the court that on 6th December 1992 the violent mob proceeded further after breaking the barricades and demolished Babri Masjid. Before demolishion announcement was made for the karsewaks to come down from the tombs of the mosque. Holes were made in the walls of the mosque. The karsewaks put ropes into these holes and pulled it down. The whole structure was demolished.
