(Siasat News) CPI (M) Secretary, Mr. B.V. Raghavulu wrote a letter to Minister for Technical Education Mr. Damodhar Raj Narasimha to take necessary steps for the implementation of revised pay scales of 2010 for non-teaching staff. He told that there are 720 Engineering colleges in the state. They are not following the rules and regulations of either Universities or All India Council for Technical Education. The standard of education does not fulfill the requirements of a corporate culture college managements have not been paying salaries as per rules. He appealed to the Minister to appoint an Enquiry Committee.
