Lashing out at Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) for failing to conduct T20 match between India and Australia on October 13 here at Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium, former Indian cricket team captain Mohammed Azahruddin has said the failure of HCA was clearly visible in this regard. “The inefficiency of HCA was clearly visible”, Azahruddin said.
Speaking to the media here on Saturday, Azahruddin alleged that the HCA, which was supposed to be in full alert in conducting international match, failed to take adequate measures in conducting the T20 match. He reminded that the rain disturbed Guwahati match but the organisers succeeded in conducting the match successfully. “But HCA totally failed in this regard. The attitude of HCA is un-professional in conducting match”, he ridiculed. It was shameful on the part of HCA, which was failed to conduct the match though there was no rain. On the other hand, the spectators expressed anger at HCA and staged dharna demanding the HCA to repay ticket money back. (NSS)
