50-year-old Mohammed Azeemuddin alias Ali Bhai owns a mobile shop of incense and accessories. Whenever and wherever any religious congregation is organised Ali Bhai spreads the tarpaulin sheet and displays perfume, skull cap, scarf, incensed sticks, surma etc. He told that he purchases the items from Mumbai and Bangalore. His father also used to do perfume business. Hence he too started the business in 1980.
Ali Bhai has no permanent place for his business hence he spreads tarpaulin sheet wherever any religious congregation is organised and opens his mobile store. He says he has two advantages with this, firstly he gets a chance to listen to Allah’s zikr and teachings of Prophet Mohammed (pbuh) and secondly, he gets a considerable income through this.
Ali Bhai’s birth place is Humnabad. After he shifted to Hyderabad he studied till VII class from City High School, Ladbazar. Ali Bhai has 5 sons and 2 daughters he feels sorry that he could not educate them due to financial problems. Ali Bhai is an old reader of Siasat newspaper who aspires to go for Hajj.
