Hyderabad, November 10: Salauddin Ayub Khan, former director of Parkwood International School at Manneguda in Vikarabad, an accused in the rape case of 13-year-old student of his school, on Wednesday surrendered before the Andhra Pradesh High Court.
The court has remanded him to judciail till November 16. Following the directions of court, the police shifted Salauddin Ayub Khan to Chanchalguda Jail. The Supreme Court has recently cancelled his bail and asked him to surrender before the police within a week.
About three months ago, a division bench of High Court had granted bail for Salauddin Ayub Khan, who was then lodged in Chanchalguda Jail since 11 months. After hearing the arguments of the CCS, the apex court cancelled Khan’s bail petition and asked him to surrender before the police within one week.
Salauddin Ayub is accused of repeatedly raping a 13-year-old girl, who hailed from Mumbai. He allegedly impregnated the girl and then forced her to take some tablets so that the baby could be aborted.
