Safe Centre for Agriculture & Rural Development, a division of Society for Accident-Free Environment, today said Mahatma Gandhi National Awards for Rural Youth Excellence 2013 will be presented to deserving Indian youth and students to acknowledge and encourage their contribution to Rural Development.
These awards will be presented in various domains and comprise of Rs 1 lakh cash reward along with a study tour of a foreign country that emphasizes Rural Development to study and understand methodologies and strategies being implemented to achieve rural development. Awards will be presented on the National Youth Conference Day, October 2, 2014 which will be attended by a large gathering, including dignitaries from government and corporates.
