Hyderabad, August 26: Differences arising out of financial disputes led to an attack on an auto financier at Erragadda on Tuesday.
The injured, 25-year-old Habeeb, is a resident of Rajendranagar and is into auto finance. He has disputes with two other financiers, Fazil and Shafi, police said. All the three hail from Gulbarga in Karnataka.
Fazil reportedly attacked Habeeb on a previous occasion in Gulbarga.
On Tuesday morning, Habeeb was attacked with knives by Fazil and Shafi near Gokul theatre leading to injuries on his stomach and face. Habeeb was shifted to a hospital where his condition is said to be stable.
