(Siasat News)Twenty unions of auto drivers told that the negotiations with transport Minister Mr. Botsa Satyanarayana were successful. It has been agreed to raise the minimum auto fare from Rs. 14 to Rs. 16 and the fare for 1 km from Rs. 8 to Rs. 9.
It is expected that this decision would be implemented from 20th August.
Joint Action Committee consisting of Mr. Mohammed Amanullah Khan, Mr. B.Venkatesham and V.Kiran told that they have invited the attention of transport minister, Mr. Botsa Satyanarayana to the issues pertaining to auto rickshaw drivers. He has assured that he would consider them sympathetically.
