Humayun nagar police apprehended one person Mohammed Ishaq @ Kareem @ Shaik Mohammed @ Ilyas (30) an auto driver R/o Zehra nagar of Banjara Hills road no 10 who is cheated the innocent lady by taking advantage of her husband is ill health and recovered 7 Tolas of Gold Ornaments worth rupees 2 Lakhs 20 thousand.
According to Humayun Nagar police accused Ishaq was married with one divorcee lady and having bad habits and his earnings not sufficient to maintain his house and personnel needs. Ishaq decided to adopt easy method for earnings, while he was driving auto he met the complainant and she became a regular passenger of his auto for taking her husband from first lancer to Tolichowki for country made treatment.
During the above period accused Ishaq taking advantage of ill health of Complainant husband, he gave false promises to her and gain her in confidence and took her gold ornaments by false promised to her. After taking gold ornaments he mortgaged two gold bangles in a pawn broker shop located at Gourishankar colony of road no 10 banjara hills and the following items like one gold chain with locket, two gold rings, one pair of ear tops with studs and one pair of ear tops mortgaged in IIFL GL Branch Bazarghat of Hyderabad with the help her wife by instigation to her to present her old identity in which her first husband name was mentioned with intention to misguide to the firm authorities. The remaining gold items i.e one necklace and one small gold ring were kept in his house. The entire gold ornaments were recovered.
