Aussies to play pink-ball Tests against Proteas, Pak

Johannesburg : Cricket Australia has confirmed they will host two more day-night Tests against Pakistan and South Africa after the inaugural pink-ball Test against New Zealand in Adelaide last year received huge success.

Australia, which is likely to finalise its international and domestic schedules for the 2016-17 season later this month, will first face South Africa under lights in Adelaide before playing against Pakistan at the Gabba, Sport24 reported.

Australia will start their series against South Africa with a Test at the WACA Stadium in Perth in November followed by a Test at Hobart, before eventually playing a day-night Test at the Adelaide Oval.

Meanwhile, Australia will begin their series against Pakistan with the pink-ball Test in Brisbane followed by matches in Melbourne and Sydney. (ANI)
