Hyderabad, December 18: President of Movement for Peace and Justice (MPJ) Mr. Hamid Mohammed Khan strongly protested against the decision of the Government to put to auction 40% seats in Government medical colleges by collecting huge capitation fees. By this, Government institutions will turn into commercial establishments. From next year only those candidates will be getting medical seats that can afford exorbitant rates of capitation fees, whereas the poor students will have to shed tears on their helplessness. Implementing of this scheme by government agencies amounts to mockery with the poor students and their parents.
On the reduction of merit seats in medical colleges, Mr. Hamid Mohammed Khan expressed his anguish and told that it is injustice and inhuman with the meritorious students.
He demanded the Chief Minister that in case, these orders are not withdrawn, MPJ will launch a massive agitation against the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
