Ms. Sabera Begum, wife of Abdul Qadeer wrote a letter to Jail Superintendent of Cherlapalli jail to refer the case of Abdul Qadir to medical board as per the provisions of GO. Ms No. 44 dated 16th March 2007.
According to the Govt. policy a prisoner who is undergoing life sentence and if his conduct is good, he can be released on Medical grounds. It is very surprising that despite completing life sentence, Abdul Qader is not being released.
