Hyderabad, November 14: Mr. Mujahid Hashmi, General Secretary, Peoples’ Action Committee in a press statement strongly condemned the attacks on Muslim youth by rowdies of Sangh Parivar and deeply lamented that the Congress which shows off to be the sympathizer of Muslims is playing the role of a mute spectator. This encourages the communal forces. He strongly condemned that attack on more than 35 mosques in the presence of police in March 2010 during Hanuman Jayanthi procession.
He regarded the arrest of Hindu persons as a mere drama by the police. He deplored that the police also arrested some Muslim youth in the name of terrorism. He said today again communal elements are targeting Muslim women. Police is well aware of the fact that Hindu terrorists have links with the Hindu terrorist elements of other states.
