Hyderabad, November 21: Communal attacks are increasing day by day in Hyderabad, mostly in the area of old city.
Sunday night a youth name Mohd Junaid was attacked by 5 unknown persons when he was going back his home, meeting his friends as it was a weekend.
Mohd Junaid who works as a plumber first use to live at kalapather, and at present they shifted to chintalpet near vottepally.
Words by the victim : As it was a weekend he met his friends and was returning back his home by walk, near Chandulal Baradari 5 unknown persons came to him and asked in telugu something which he didnt understood, so the victim replied that he don’t know telugu , so the unknown attackers as the victim his name and when he replied his name as Mohd Junaid , they suddenly attacked the victim with sharp weapons.
He tried to escape from the place and ran on the road side but they backed him and beaten him, His left leg and a hand was injured badly.
Kamatipura area police registered a case against the attackers and the victim was shifted to Osmania Hospital, where his condition got stable and then he is shifted to Asra hospital, late night.
