(Siasat News) Mr. Parvez Diwan, Secretary of Tourism Dept. Govt. of India visited Kadapa and on the advised of Tourism Minister Mr. Chiranjeevi visited Asthana Maqdoom Elahi Kadapa. This Muslim shrine is very famous throughout the country. Many devotees from all parts of India come to this Dargah. He told that he felt peace and tranquility after visiting this shrine. Sajjada Nasheen of Asthana Maqdoom Elahi, Maulana Syed Shah Arifullah Mohammed Mohammed-Ul-Hussaini highlighted the history of the shrine. Mr. K. Shashidhar, Collector of the district, Minister of Minorities Welfare Mr. Ahmedullah also accompanied him. A meeting was held later. Addressing the meeting the secretary, Dept. of Tourism Govt. of India, Mr. Parvez Dewan told that Central Govt. is taking steps on a large scale to make this shrine a tourist spots.
