.Experience of training of working Professionals
.Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enable them to improve their performance
.Lead strong improvement of performance in our business processes through Six Sigma tools & projects to increase business productivity
.Supporting the organization in delivering to the strategic objectives / projects.
.Process Excellence, Process re-engineering, Ability to lead / participate in the strategic projects
.Ability to analyze gaps and conduct root cause analysis.
.Should have leadership skills like: relationship management, collaboration, facilitation, and influencing
.Review and prepare monthly Reports, Root Cause Analysis.
.Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
.Have the ability to conduct statistical analysis, and apply them to analyze the planned activities
