o Should have minimum 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing through builders, architects, contractors, projects sales, dealer and distributor network.
o Should have channel sales experience as well as project sales.
o Excellent oral & written communication skills and interpersonal interaction.
o Utilizes highly developed negotiating skills to meet territory targets and objectives.
o Should have good customer service skills.
o Demonstrate good Team Leadership and Management skills.
o Proficient with technology including ability to operate Microsoft Office Tools including Outlook, Word and Excel.
